Very pale color, almost clear. Nose of brine and minerals which was different. The flavor was spritzy and very briny with no fruit at all, one dimensional, with good acidity. Not to my liking

Sour apple, like crabapple, on the nose with some minerality. Very sharp and acidic, mineral, apple on the palate.
