A little califlower, dill, cedar box, green olive juice with hints of strawberries in the background. The same is echoed on the palate with light tannins and a hint of dark fruit. It wasn’t over oaked if any oak was used (I can’t tell). A really interesting wine to analyze. I’m impressed.
