This cab from a reletively new player comes from the Stags Leap and Oak Knoll district. A nice medium dark color, it's a blend of 80% cab and 20% merlot. A pleasant fruity nose, show some spice and dark fruit. The wine does not have am oaky taste although it has been aged for 18 months. It has a nice balance abd structure with raspberry and dark fruit. This is a "not too" cab. Not too oaky, not too hot, not too dry and at $20 has a nice QVP.
