Cherry is the second most predominant flavor... behind rubbing alcohol. I'm pleased to see I'm not the only one who picked this up. Now how you can classify a wine as 'rubbing alcohol' and still give it a score in the 90s is beyond me.

This is a very uninteresting wine other than the initial cherry note, which quickly fades and gives way to a dull, flavorless, and assaultive finish. I ended up pouring it down the sink. I guess if you really needed to get drunk it would suffice, but not for much else.

Color: Lighter, Nose: Pencil lead and red fruit, somewhat closed, Mouth: Almost no grip, lacking mouthfeel, low tannins, some sweetness and red fruit, but lacking in midpalate or complexity. Nothing bad, nothing that great.

Very nice chianti. A nice black raspberry flavor with some molasses.

Deep red color, but quite translucent. Aromas of cocoa and rubbing alcohol. Smooth, short finish. Very nice wine for the price.
