Nose: Beautiful violet aroma with some underlying smell of cocoa powder and even some pickle juice. After some hours of decanting it gets really funky and with some black pepper. Palate: Amazing black licorice right at the start, followed by lots of classic sour cherries and some earthy veggies. The violet flavor comes around one last time as it ends with a subtle, but long, oaky finnish. Great acidity, real good structure.

very nice brunello, beautiful nose that showed lots of licorice, chocolate and some spiciness as well. on the palate is real well balanced, nice structure, again lots of licorice and chocolate, nice acidity and long long finish, towards the end showed a little tabasco sauce and black pepper. nice wine.

Cherry on the nose with deep and dark molasses notes. Big fruit up front with ripe cherries and plum with a hint of leather and tobacco. Very long finish with exceptional tannin structure and acidity.
