Tarry, black, animal nose. Smoked sausage, rotten mulberry. Inviting sweetness on the palate, lingers through to slightly chewy finish. A little slick for what it is. The tar aspect reminded a lot (distressingly) of Cote-Rotie or St. Joseph.
