A taut nose, limes apparent and stony minerality. A young racy palate, very intense with notes of fennel herbiness, grapefruit and high acidity on the finish. Seems like this one is for the long haul - possibly 10 to 15 years from the vintage, but it would be a good match even now for fish dishes with tartare sauce.
