color: light pale yellow, pretty light for Chardonnay bouquet: typical Chardonnay smell but very mild, nice fresh green nose, little oak taste: I got the typical Chardonnay taste but no predominate flavors coming through. finish: the finish was excellent, light bodied, very round and smooth, everything in balance, not over oaked or overheated. Everything you'd want expect from a premiere cru Chablis from a good vintage.
