Great with vacio (flank steak) or entraña (skirt steak). Don't forget the provoleta (yummy melted seasoned provolone cheese with spices)!

Good stuff. A little bit of pepper, maybe a touch of berry flavor. Its age has toned it down a little, which has a positive effect. The flavor is there without it hitting you too hard.
