Wow, If you look at my journal or cellar you'll find I'm a red wine guy and my wife likewise.However this wine blew us away. I'm not claiming any knowledege when it comes to wine exspecially white wines but this wine was super smooth and had some depth, the nose pineapple juice, dried apricots, honeysuckle, dried orange peel, allspice, and wet gravel. the nose was great. palate was fruit foward of apricot then finished with pineapple and spice, great finish as well.. the finish was long and the mouth feel was great..We had this wine with a spicy italian sausage pizza with jalepeno and I would say that this wine was the perfect match and would hold up too and pair well with any spicy dish.. wow wow great wine.
