Color: Pale yellow, fading at the edges. Body: Quickly diminishing tears on the glass suggest a light, crisp wine of moderate alcohol and viscosity. Delicate, silky appearance. On the tongue, it is tangy with a clean yet somewhat unremarkable finish. Nose: Refreshing bouquet of citrus and tangerine, with hints of honeysuckle and soft floral notes. Fruit aromas fatten as the wine warms to room temperature. Palate: Fruity, fresh and crisp. No oak. Light citrus, white peach and floral notes with nothing specific standing out. Some fleeting metallic and mineral qualities. Good sipping wine due to its light, refreshing zing. The alcohol content is 12.5%, making it somewhat drier in the mouth with dissipating flavors. Food Pairings: Serve as a refreshing aperitif. Tangy, citrus qualities pair nicely with seafood dishes, shell fish, sushi and grilled vegetables. I drank it with grilled squid and the wine performed moderately: no “wow” moments but a simple, quaffable and refreshing wine that neither elevates or interferes with food flavors.

nose of apricots and non-descript sweetness, with a lovely mineral-style finish. The wine is light in the mouth, crisp and clean with a short finish. I taste rubber and a hint of citrus. Not too expensive and pairs well with fish! It's a white Rioja! How can you not be at least a little excited?!?!?!?
