lovely with a grilled chicken breast which had been marinated in a citrus based marinade - also great sipping in summer - nice lime overtones

Bouquet: Very Aromatic, citrus, stone, soda water. Flavor Profile: Lemon Peel, mineral, Granny Smith Apple. Finished clean, almost like really cold water down your throat. Very nice, plays with you; from being light to heavy as it expands in your palate. Like Slimer the ghost, he is a ghost but he leaves Ectoplasm. Went fabulous with falafel and hummus.
