Tight nose. Tobacco & leather in the mouth. Not much fruit. High alcohol is apparent in nose and on the pallet. I didn't find too much in this wine. There are better wines in this price segment. Points for an interesting concept in the "Mediterranean Blend".

The nose was so unique... never had a wine quite like this. It was like pasta with a mild olive oil and vinegar dressing... and a slight toasted bell pepper and French bread undertone. It was like a meal in a glass. Amazing. The flavor was even more amazing and complex. Tasted like a date wrapped in a grape leaf with a drizzle of caramel and apple. I will be pricking up another bottle of this.
