Wow! Crisp, clean and focused with green apple, a bit of vanilla and a hint of spice. Paired well with salmon in a ginger-sake marinade.

Best free bottle of Chard I've ever had haha. Excellent stuff, very focused and not bitter at all with GREAT mouthfeel. I've had better from Cakebread but this was very nice either way. Had some almond and vanilla goin on also in the aftertaste, just wanted to keep sipping it just for that.
