Tasted the 2003 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Would describe as medium bodied - many berries in the nose - "spice and toasty cedar flavors on the palate" is right on. "Provided a lingering finish (that was just right not dry; no pucker)...that is enjoyable now and will continue to age for six to eight years". We tried the 2002 and it had mellowed out even more. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon - EXCELLENT!
