The fruit for this wine comes from Padthaway (40%), McLaren Vale (46%), and Langhorne Creek (14%) The age of the vines is between 5 and 8 years and they crop on average 3 to 4 tons per acre. The wine was matured in 100% American oak with 35% being new oak and 65% one and two year old oak.
