Given the nose, palate, and structure, I might have guessed that this was a cab franc in a blind tasting. On the nose and palate, you are immediately hit by strong vegetal and herbal tones. Some red fruit comes out afterwards along with some light tannins. Dry finish. Another year or two of cellaring might be worthwhile, but I don't see this vintage as one that can age forever. Overall, I liked it. Give it a try if you can, but it's not publicly distributed so it'll probably be difficult to obtain.
