Yawn. This was fine, but boring. Some slight floral notes, some cherry. Even for a $9 wine, I wasn't impressed. Try the Castaño instead.

Good fruit up front, short finish not much balance.

Disappointed. Flat and harsh. No finish. Faint notes of black/green tea, but not much going on.

Meh. Totally uninteresting, and contributing to my general turn-off to inexpensive Spanish wine. It's absolutely the way to go for lower cost options (compared to Napa, at least), but once you start charging $9-15, the perspective shifts. This wine was boring. Some fruit, some tannin (but not much), short finish and poor aroma. Not really offensive, but a total pass.

A faint fishy smell. Taste did not match the nose. I would not recommend this wine.
