Tasting Notes from Cork’d Members
Di Stefano 2004 Meritage
(about 1 year ago)Massive dark cherries are prominent with Spanish humidor cedar lining and ever slight tobacco notes. But not just tobacco notes, good tobacco notes. Some toastalicious goodness but not too much, maybe roasty marshmallow. A small touch of pecan goodness as well, all bundled together in a gob of gooey fruit goodness. Lots of goodness going on here. An absolute green light wine.
