2003 7 Deadly Zins Zinfandel

This wine smells like chocolate, berries, cinnamon on a plate in a dusty attic. The attack is all bright fruit (raspberries specifically) and moves to a spicy mid palate. There are flavors of wood and black cherries on the finish. The wine finishes a little hot, but it is nicely integrated with the alcohol so it's not a negative thing.

peppery, more blackberry, not too alcoholic, not the heaviest zin either...will often buy when I can find it...
