6/10/07 26th birthday. rose colored with a copper hue. very floral bouquet with sour cherry notes and summer cottage (smells like to me-a product of bottle age) with slight hints of antiseptic and smoke. excellent acidity and great complexity. nutty brocoli, sour cherry on the palate. secondary notes of pipe tobaco and cocoa.
