The only thing I enjoyed about this wine was its beautiful color...and as much fun as looking at wine can be I would rather drink it. This wine was so over the top and hot on the alcohol side of things. Nothing else to say except, "Don't judge a wine by its label".

Ouch and ouch. This wine is located in the wrong section of the store. It should be located in the liquor section right between the cognac and whiskey. You get two components on the nose fruit & alcohol. I think they come off a little smokey. The wine attacks the palate with huge fruit & heat. The finish... You guessed it more alcohol and heat. This wine isn't my thing but some folks like way over the top and some folks like whiskey.

I sampled this at the wine store I used to work at. Waaaaaaay, way too hot. There's no way it could be a deliberate feature of the wine.
