This is a great 'house wine' to keep around. My friends and I are always on the look out for the "perfect $10.00 bottle of wine" and the Cellar 8 varietals are all pretty close to this. Personally, I like the Zin best, but I'm partial to Zins anyway. This one is rich, with some tannins, but not too much and a fair amount of mouth-feel to it for an inexpensive wine.

Very full, mouthy, biting and chocolately. Has a heavy, chunky feel in your mouth, but is fairly smooth going down.

Beth: I can't taste anything because my tongue is on fire from the giardiniera. Leathery, dry. I don't like it that much. It's not horrible. 80

great cab for under $10. very smooth and easy to drink, goes great with red meat. be on the lookout for the zin.
