Figgy, Persimmon nose with a slight bit of black cherry. Strong persimmon taste. Maybe a little oak? Better finish than the first taste. It is OK. A good experience, but not a favorite.

Wow, muscadine! Reminds me immediately of the muscadine jelly my grandma used to make. The sweetness was a little unsettling at first but not bad, if a little (more than average) sweetness is alright with you. I wouldn't turn down a second glass. Fresh, fruity, not terribly complex.
