The nose on this wine really reminds me of a nice steak marinade maybe a little heavy on red wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. The midpalate is dear god, DRY! Is there even any sugar in this wine? The puckering, tannic upheaveal in my mouth is so over the top and out of control I don’t even get a flavor profile out of this wine. The finish is dry saw dust mixed with regular dust and light puree of sour cherries. Pass.
