Excellent wine for the price. This is usually what I pickup when serving grilled steaks or pork. Subtle lime and blackberry with a beautifully smooth aftertaste. 1999 was probably the best vintage, but 2001-2002 is excellent as well.

Dark berries and pepper with a slight oak and vanilla flavor on the finish. Well balanced and not over oaked.
