Heavy chocolate on the notes with dark berry. Tastes like beautiful raisin and dark bitter chocolate, green bell pepper. Super long finish, very well structured and high levels of tannin; very dry. I loved this wine, it was so soft and balanced. Drank it with bacon wrapped filet.

Decanted for 2 hours before serving. Nice dark fruit on the nose. Wonderful grip on the palate, with dark cherry and chocolate notes. Really long finish. A pleasure. Should open up even more with a couple more years of bottle age.
