This wine opens with intense aromas of lemon, melon, and subtle hints of smoky oak. Fresh peach and ripe green apple are complimented by tropical fruit flavors, such as mango and kiwi, associated with Chardonnay from our Estate vineyards. Food Pairing Recommendations Serve slightly chilled with boiled crab or fresh greens with apple and orange slices, topped with balsamic vinaigrette. Alcohol: 13.3% - Ph: 3.57 - Acid: .77g/100ml

Standard Chardonnay. Nice balance. Errs neither on the heavy butter side, nor on the crispy apple. Good white for company as it's not too sweet for the guys, but still fruity enough for the ladies. No offense to anyone.
