This wine is actually a Red and White blend of 8 grapes, 4 red and 4 white for this vintage. These blends are very rare and even tougher to pull off. It is excellent however. You serve it chilled, on the cooler side, and it can stand up to any type of food you throw on the grill. I bought a half case from the winery (the only place to get it) and everytime I bring it to a backyard fiesta the people lucky enough to try it love it and hail me king, well you catch my drift. RC

Peju Provence
(about 1 year ago)A very fun and different wine. Lots of fruit but with enough acidity and structure to holds its own. Its perfect when you want to drink something other then white on a hot summer day, but do not want the sweetness of a Rose. The color is tremendous, becoming a velvety translucent, thirst inducing, purple, black rasberry, treat! Only available at the from the winery though, Peju, give it a shot. RC
