Etude Carneros Pinot Noir 2004
(8 months ago)Dark ruby to purple in color. Jumps from the glass with berry, cherry, spice and herbs on the nose. Big, full, rich on the palate with berry, cherry, herb, spice and a hint of earth. Refined tannin, smooth and mouthfilling at this young age. Excellent finish with some length. Drinkable and enjoyable now, you can easily cellar for another 3 to 4 years to bring out the full potential of this wine and drink over the next 10 years. If you can find this vintage, buy it.
