2003 Numanthia Termes
(about 1 year ago)One of my favorite Spanish red wines in the $20-$30 range. If you like full body dry red wines that have complexity while not overly alcoholic, this is a winner. Although 14.5%, it's not a hot wine and the structure and nice tannins provide nice balance. On the nose I noticed a little graphite and camphor. On the palate, more graphite, blueberry and tobacco.
