2006 D'Arenbergh Hermit Crab
(about 1 year ago)Lots of nut oil and honey suckle on the nose, follow by lemmon and nut on the body and nuts and honey on the finish. A bit one-dimensional.

(about 1 year ago)i have to agree with montrose on this one. was quite one-dimensional, but pleasant nonetheless. was the first time i tried this and found a little viognier was a nice addition as it added a bit of citrus to it

(about 1 year ago)Delicious nose of apple, peach, and lime. Surprisingly big mouthfeel. Lemons and limes. Good balanced acidity. Apricots on the pleasant and long finish. Great value for the price.

(8 months ago)I've heard such great things about this maker, so I was expecting a lot more on this wine. Initially I did get some peach cobbler on the nose, but that eventually moved to the distant background, leaving lemon and honey aromas. It's a little on the sweet side with some good acidity.
