geez, here i was expecting a little leather, some smoke & fruit, a slight vanilla finish, you know... a freaking shiraz. what do i get? unsweetened berry kool-aide with no body. if it had a little more oomph maybe i would have enjoyed it more. though it was a flat, unimpressive bottle. when asked if i'd have the bottle again, i replied," i would try something else first." and it's true. i would choose something unknown over this. However, it's better than a few other cheap aussie reds.
