I popped this one to drink alongside a spicy sausage/green pepper pizza. I kept gettng an interesting nose of those cookies with the vanilla icing in the middle (ladyfingers?) along with hints of rasberry. nice and dry with a little heat at the end that should fall off with time. a good $15 dollar bottle that's going down well with the pie.
