Not very familiar with Reislings, but unlike anything I'd ever tasted. Very fruity and easy to drink, thoroughly enjoyed. Bartend told me this is David Byrne's creation. Is this true?

Awesome value. Very well balanced. Nice pear and peach aromas and flavors. Not too sweet. Not too acidic. One of the best Rieslings I have had.

A Riesling everyone at the table liked. We had this with our dinner group and was wonderful match for goat cheese salad and peach ravioli appetizer. Much less sweet then most Riesling this was bright and vibrant, perfect for a summer evening dinner.

My first Washington State wine. I lived in Kent and Federal Way from 1986-1990. Über-fresh fruits: apricot, pear, honeydew and pineapple on the nose. Nice acidity. Sweeter than expected but the acidity keeps the sugar and alcohol in check. The slightest hint of butter/butterscotch in the mid-palate. Somewhat hot on the finish but tasty and fairly long. A slight hint of celery in the finish. Slightly disjointed at the very end. Still supremely drinkable. Recommended!
