Kind of acidic. Definitely not my favorite. Not bad, but you could better spend your money on something else.

Semi-dry and acidic on the first day. The remainder of the bottle on the second day seemed much sweeter and balanced. It paired perfectly with spicy asian food.

I'm a huge fan of Riesling, but I found this particular one to be far too acidic. It had a lovely, sweet aroma, but that is where the sweetness ends. The typical crisp, sweet, pear-like taste that generally accompanies a Riesling was not there - it was closer to a Chardonnay, in my opinion...
