Pairs decently with red meats, but approachable alone, though I don't recommend it. Tannic, but not overly so.

3.5/5. A good cabernet for the price. Tons of diacetyl butteriness, probably from MLF. I have never tasted a red with so much diacetyl, and it was pleasantly interesting, but not something I would want very often.
