Cereghino Smith is a small winery located in the Hudson Valley, New York. Grapes are sourced from small California growers in Lodi, Amador County and the Sierra foothills. Aged for 12 months in Canadian white oak, then blended and aged in stainless steel for another 12 months. Unfined and unfiltered.

(about 1 year ago)(TN brought to you by mr. oolah) Big Cali Cab flavors made in NY. Cherry, blackberry, cassis, a little chocolate. Went well with some Italian braised short ribs. Well balanced, but not especially complex.
