It was okay, but I like my dirtier wines (Las Rocas) a lot more. This was pretty straight-forward, decent structure with tannins. I decanted for 3+ hours and it helped smooth it out. Very short finish.

This is a good standby Rioja. Widely available and a good intro to Spanish wine for your friends who have never had it.

Nice, light, and fruity with the slightest hint of tanin. Went nicely with baked chicken and vegetable dinner.
