Light pale yellow with a hint of green. Green grape skin on the nose, with some lime and alkaseltzer. Acidic, off-dry, and green on the palate. Some sugars are detectable, and I keep thinking of alkaseltzer when I sip this. It's an ok sparkling wine....a decent alternative to gas station quality brut crap that people always pop on New Years.
