blueberry cola, espresso, chocolate, loam... what a northwest beauty this thing is. One of the better Willy Pinots I've ever had. Delicious with roasted chicken.

I have had this on 3 occasions and still have 2 bottles in my cooler. First time was a pop and poor right out of the cooler, 2nd time was a pop and air for an hour before tasting and the last time I decanted it for 3 hours before tasting. By far the best tasting was after the long decantation. It is a solid pinot very subtle on the pallet with one heck of a nose. It is really flavorful on the front end but the mid-pallet it starts to fade and the finish is far from velvet. This is very servicable with salmon or chicken but this wine would easily be over powered by anything rich or oily. This may be young yet I will keep one for a tasting in 5 years or so.

blueberries, chocolate and dirt. Really great fruit forward without being a fruit bomb. Silky smooth mid-palate and finish. I really like this wine a lot.
