If you like tawny ports, then give this a whirl. It was difficult for me to actually identify the components on the nose, but there was a touch of spice with some other dark fruits (NOT berries). Of course the sugar in the dessert wine is seductive, but this wine is incredibly smooth. Plum and some deep floral notes come to mind, but there are other components I couldn't identify. Very nice on its own and even better with good dark chocolate. Great buy!
