A beautifully-structured cabernet sauvignon, this wine is something special. Just the right amount of ripe black fruit and spicy earth, the tannins in this wine were very well-balanced and smooth. The wine is fantastic with grilled beef, but I love it on its own, too. It is especially savory on the tongue with a lingering finish.
