For a lower priced Bordeux wine, this was a nice silky fruit delight. With scents of plums and blackberries, caramel and a hint of shoe polish. Taste wise, smooth and silky and acidic fruit bursts. Not as silky as an Oregon Pinot Noir, but a nice French wine for the price.

Smooth, mature cheap Bdx ... very ripe plum, almost too sweet but redeemed by the light, silky texture and a little grip at the end.
