I bought this wine while searching for some 2005 Bordeaux. The guy at the wine shop said he thought there was some good value in 2000s with everyone chasing after the '05s. I liked the idea of tasting a ready-to-drink Bordeaux so I gave it a shot. Double decanted and caught some sediment. The wine had a nice nose and tasted good on the palate, but the finish was lacking. It just didn't have any staying power. It was a nice drinkable wine, but I do not think it is a value at $22.99. This wine was rated 89 points by Wine Spectator, but I can't go that high myself. Would not buy again.
