Beautiful dark cherry color, nice full bouquet, medium weight and the taste of the fruits is really noticable as 2002 was another warm vintage year . Try it with red meat and pork roasts, and especially good with an olive and capper pasta .

Bouquet: A wallop of Black pepper and sour cherry. Mixed with dark earth and tobacco notes. I fabulous year for this underplayed Italian Table wine. Busting at the seems fruit. The Bouquet was literally jumping out of the glass. Excellent. Flavor Profile: Delicious. Strong tannin structure with nice balances of fruit and dark earth. Nice finish. Not too dry but absolutely succulent. A delicious wine.
