Bourgogne Passetoutgrain
(over 2 years ago)Peppery at first, then cherries and blackfruit. Some mineral. Nice and mellow.
Bourgogne Passetoutgrain
(8 months ago)Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is the ideal "bridge" between Beaujolais and the more complex Pinot Noir wines from northern Burgundy. Typically, the fruitiness of the Gamay enables these wines to be drunk very young although some aging brings forward the rich, savory character of the Pinot Noir endowing the wines with the full-flavored appeal and richness of red Burgundy.
