Sojourn Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
(4 months ago)1/05/08 - Lots of oak on the nose, and lots of oak on the palate. The first glass was the best; I tasted a lot of dark berrries, chocolate, tobacco, and vanilla -- everything seemed in balance. But after a while the oak slowly but surely overpowered everything else, making the wine less enjoyable.
