The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon come primarily from selected vineyards in the Napa Valley. Dark ruby in color with spicy notes of raspberry, black cherry, cedar and toasty oak, followed by flavors of blackberries, raspberries, hints of roasted coffee and an earthy, savory spiciness coat the palate - leading to a long, elegant finish. A perfect accompaniment to grilled steaks and lamb chops, as well as tomato based sauces with pasta and ripe cheeses.
