Peachy, apple flavor. Very crisp, no acid. A slight lemon taste and a wonderful floral bouquet, without being overwhelming or cloying. I'd say it was an almost fleeting taste, almost no lingering aftertastes. Makes you want another sip. Drunk with grilled shrimp w/lime-cilantro sauce.
